Our “Organic Senatore Cappelli Sheet Pasta” is made from whole durum wheat semolina of the Senatore Cappelli variety. This whole wheat semolina is stone-milled using ancient techniques and retains both the bran and the wheat germ.
Our “Organic Spelt Sheet Pasta” is both whole and organic, made from Triticum Dicoccum spelt grown using organic methods in central Italy and stone-milled using traditional techniques.
