Semola Fiore is at the heart of Fara San Martino’s pasta-making tradition. It is obtained by milling wheat and selecting only the core of the grain—the noblest part. Our “Organic Semola Fiore Pasta” is made exclusively with organically grown Semola Fiore.
Our “Organic Senatore Cappelli Sheet Pasta” is made from whole durum wheat semolina of the Senatore Cappelli variety. This whole wheat semolina is stone-milled using ancient techniques and retains both the bran and the wheat germ.
Our “Organic Spelt Sheet Pasta” is both whole and organic, made from Triticum Dicoccum spelt grown using organic methods in central Italy and stone-milled using traditional techniques.
