400 g spaghetti alla chitarra
1 garlic clove
1 whole head of garlic
A pinch of chili pepper
Chili powder, to taste
Olive oil, to taste

Lightly crush the garlic cloves (with the skin on) and sauté them in olive oil over low heat for 2 minutes.

Remove the garlic and add finely chopped fresh chili pepper.

Toss the cooked pasta in the pan, adding a bit of cooking water to help emulsify the sauce.

Plate the pasta and finish with a sprinkle of chili powder.
