The “Spaghetti di una volta”   Box is named after the unique spaghetti format introduced by Cav. Giuseppe Cocco, taking us back to the days when spaghetti was dried in the sun.
The Spaghetti Extra are left uncut, with their original “heads” intact—just as they are made and dried. The box also includes the full flavor of Egg Nest Pasta and traditional Semolina Caserecci formats.
