400 g Fettuccia Antica
250 g Fresh porcini mushrooms
Butter
Fresh sage leaves
Parmesan cheese

Mix the butter with finely chopped sage. In a pan, sauté the porcini mushrooms with a clove of garlic and a knob of butter. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.

Toss the pasta with the porcini mushrooms, adding the sage butter and Parmesan cheese.
