400 g Vermicelli Extra
500 g Mussels
300 g Tomato passata
50 g Toasted bread
Parsley
Garlic
Olive oil
Orange zest

Step-by-Step preparation

Rinse the mussels under running water and clean them by removing the beard.
Step 2 / 5
Sauté the garlic in a pan with olive oil and add the mussels.
Step 3 / 5
Add the tomato passata and chopped parsley. Cook for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.

Toss the pasta in the pan with the sauce and plate.

Plate and serve. Add the crispy breadcrumbs and grated orange zest.
