Our version features Vermicelli Extra, enhanced with orange zest and toasted bread to add a fresh and crunchy note to the dish.

Ingredients

400 g Vermicelli Extra
500 g Mussels
300 g Tomato passata
50 g Toasted bread
Parsley
Garlic
Olive oil
Orange zest

Step-by-Step preparation

Step 1 / 5
Rinse the mussels under running water and clean them by removing the beard.
Step 2 / 5
Sauté the garlic in a pan with olive oil and add the mussels.
Step 3 / 5
Add the tomato passata and chopped parsley. Cook for about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water.
Step 4 / 5
Toss the pasta in the pan with the sauce and plate.
Step 5 / 5
Plate and serve. Add the crispy breadcrumbs and grated orange zest.
