400 g Farfalle Grezze 300 g Pachino cherry tomatoes 2 garlic cloves 1 Burrata Olive oil 100 g Milk Fresh basil (to taste)

Sauté the garlic in a pan, then add the cherry tomatoes and basil. Cover and cook over medium heat for 4 minutes. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted boiling water.

Using an immersion blender, blend the burrata with the milk until smooth and creamy.

Sauté the pasta together with the ricotta cream and cherry tomatoes.

Plate and finish with the crispy guanciale and pistachios.
