Payment Methods
- Payment Methods The Buyer may make payment using the following methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer in advance, or cash on delivery.
- For purchases made via PayPal, upon completing the order, the Buyer will be redirected to the PayPal login page. The order amount will be charged to the PayPal account immediately upon completion of the payment. If the Buyer does not have a PayPal account, payment may still be made via credit card without requiring PayPal registration. At no point during the purchase process does Pastificio Artigiano Cav. Giuseppe Cocco Srl have access to the Buyer’s PayPal account or linked credit card information. For every PayPal transaction, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
- For payments via bank transfer in advance, the purchased products will be shipped only after the payment has been confirmed as received in the account specified in the order confirmation issued by Pastificio Artigiano Cav. Giuseppe Cocco Srl.
- For purchases made with cash on delivery, an additional fee of €5.00 including VAT will be charged.
- Any refunds to the Buyer will be processed using one of the methods offered by Pastificio Artigiano Cav. Giuseppe Cocco Srl and selected by the Buyer, in a timely manner and, in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal (as described in Clause 13, point 2 and following of this contract), no later than 30 days from the date on which Pastificio Artigiano Cav. Giuseppe Cocco Srl was informed of the withdrawal.
- All communications related to payments are carried out over a secure, encrypted connection provided by the payment service providers: PayPal and Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena.
